Hello everyone,
I have created a simple program that performs a simple move MOVL instruction between 2 points.
When I tried to play it I get this error : alarm 5750 undefined position variable.
What is the problem?
Is someone having a tutorial how to program MRC robots?
Or maybe some examples.
Thank you.

The position variable is not set up. There is not a format (Pulse, Base, Robot, Tool, or User). The controller can't move the robot to something that doesn't exist.
Set up the format of the position variable and put data into it.

Can I hardcode the position variable format type directly in job? Just for example using INFORM language set position variable as ROBOT, TOOL no 10 and FRONT, UP, FLIP parameters ?

If the move was inserted with the inform menu, then it defaults to a MOVL P000 .... If instead you just insert enter a MOVEL the P000 would be left out.
You can remove that P000 by editing the MOVL instruction and change position variable to unused.

Yes, you can hardcode. The GETS can get the position of the robot in either pulse or base. $Px000 or $Px001.
The CNVRT can convert the pulse count position to XYZ or an XYZ to another XYZ and also tool number if using a NX100 or newer as long as the NX100 software is NS3.73 or above.
The SETE will write a value in a D-variable or a constant into an element of a position variable.
You can also use the SUB to clear the values in the position variable.

thank you! But how can I specify FRONT UP FLIP parameters? I hope it's not like:
GETS PX000 $PX000
SETE PX000 (1) 50000
