Rebooting R30iA / R30iB to same line of Code it was on before power off?

  • Good morning all,

Hope everyone is doing well this week. I have multiple R30iA controllers and R30iB controllers that get restarted multiple times daily. I need a way to figure out how to reboot the robot back to the same line of code and stay on the same program it was on. Is there any way to accomplish this?

For example, if a robot got stuck on line 43 of a program, and let's say we needed to power off the robot for 2 hours. When I come to power it back on, is there any way to automatically get it to jump back to line 43 of the same program?

    Thanks!

  • Unfortunately it's no solution so far. You can as everybody else doing, dedicate couple registers in example R[1: main program step], R[2: sub program step]. Then after each important step write number into specific register and use JMP TO LBL when register is not equal 0.
