Service Rates for Industrial robots in Canada

hello everyone,
we are shopping for a used robot and I am wondering which robot is cheapest in terms of servicing, spare parts, training and maintenance. anyone knows hourly cost for service technician for e.g. fanuc, kuka, abb and yaskawa ? this is for simple pick and place application (max weight 20lb including tool). I am residing in ontario, canada
