RS232C ??

You need R232 ( RS232C) and USB convert RS232 and software connect robot -PC

i don't have software on PC to connect robot controller. if i known .please help .which kinds software,pinout cable from 9 Pin to 25 pin. (USB convert to RS-232C).

It would help to know what robot you are referring to. Panasonic has provided RS232 interface back into the early 1980s.
