Is it possible to import a back-up form a kuka robot into Kuka SimPro (version 3.0.4)? So that the program and Kuka robot type and so on will automatically be loaded and shown in the Sim Pro layout.

Not SimPro by itself. SimPro is only a physical simulation of the robot and obstacles. You would need to also have OfficeLight, which emulates the actual KRC controller, and load the Archive of the real robot into the OfficeLight.
There are some TPs that will not work in OfficeLight, however. RSI and FTC are the two I can think of offhand, due to their hardware dependencies.
