How shift The frame

Hi everyone.
I need shift MY frame according to the vision system.
The problem di that i have ti changeover the rotation in MY frame by different degrees every cycle. But the frame rotation are referenced by frame 0 and not MY frame!!
I need shift MY frame according to the same frames axis.
So, the main question is: Thern is an istruction Like SHIFT_FRAME according ti Their reference???
