E1302 OFF CHECK IS ABNORMAL

Have a look at the attached error code information.
From a hardware perspective, this is attributable to the mechanical contactors inside the MC Unit.
However, could be a control board within the MC Unit or harnessing issue.

MC Unit is the main control for power distribution for Fans, Brakes and Servo Amplifiers.

did you guys ever fix this issue?

As the above notice from the Troubleshooting Manual, this error relates to the internal MC Unit.

You will have to check the harness and possibly replace the MC unit to rectify it.

Do any other errors appear when you try to reset it?

If so, can you post the error log?

this error has not come back lf unsure what caused it but its gone hahaha

Annnnnnnd it’s back. I can hear the contractors inside the board trying to switch but nothing happens and they switch back.

As indicated in the image I posted earlier.

Contactors have 'auxiliary contacts' which feedback whether the main contacts have energised or not.

If any of these auxiliaries 'stick' or 'fail to close' - These types of errors can occur.

The MC unit comprises of 3 boards and the 1TV board is usually the area that is being used for point of detection.

Could be harness, board failure, supply voltage related issues.

You can see 'live' states of the safety circuit from the teach pendant.

- Monitor display.

- 24. DIAG Monitor

- 1. Safety Circuit Monitor 1 - This displays external safety circuit signals coming into the Controller.

- 2. Safety Circuit Monitor 2 - This displays internal safety circuit signals processed by the internal electronics.

It's possible you can see the 'sticking' signal here to confirm the area that is reporting the issue.

asked my electrician, he said there was a loose connection on the main board. its now back up and running. ill find out what connection was not plugged in correctly.

X313 jumper on the MC Unit is mentioned in the troubleshooting reference I posted as a possible cause.....if you pull that off, this would confirm it.
