I bought an old ABB IRB 3000 S3 M92.
I found an Error 560 Error/Computer 742
Is there any body who can tell me how to solve this error.
Thanks in advance.

Hello
Error 560 is Robot Computer Board error
742 is a sub code of error and means: Too large AD Converter offset error. Robot Computer board must be replace.
Thank you, for answering.
We consider to scrap the robot.

You could use the "Report to Moderator" button to request it's removal.
There is a "Remove" button at the top-right of each post, but That probably doesn't remove the thread.
Before giving up, try:
*Reseating the all the boards, things get jostled when moving.
*Check the + & -15VDC supplies at the power supply (these voltages are used by the comparators on the CPU board that scale the voltages to the A/D converters). Also check these voltages with the meters AC scale and verify there is less than 30mV AC ripple on each.
*Reset the parameters to default in the EEPROM by going to Manual menu, PARAM > CHANGE > PROM. It may be looking for something no longer connected or corrupt parameters. Do this before reloading parameters from disk.
