Transferring jobs on a robot upgrade

    Hello All,


    I am upgrading an XRC robot to an NX100 robot. To save a lot of typing, I'd like to copy the JBI files from one to the other (I know the positions will be wrong, will teach them after install).


    Is this possible? The syntax looks the same.

    Make sure that if using any software options on the XRC that they are also turned on the NX. You could run into some problems with the VAR.DAT file. The NX has String variables whereas the XRC does not.

    I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.
