Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if there is a way to somehow re-calibrate, or reference existing positions wit a use of a switch or some other equipment. Something that would save me from re teaching an entire program after customer lets say crashes the end of arm tool or moves the robot fixture by accident.
ive had jobs where i spent days programming the positions only to find out after a week that all positions are off because someone decided to crash the robot or move something, or lets say run into things with a fork lift... sad but true.
So far only way i know is to re teach every single position when something physically moves. I wonder if there is a way to do this easily without re-teaching all the points. (Im thinking physical reference points then somehow calculate x,y,z difference and apply it to all positions?)
