The "Di / Dt" parameters indicate that the robot is in an overload condition. If the truck is overloaded, the servo drives may have an overload fault. Changing these parameters is often not allowed from the software.
A second possibility is that when the robot is running, the incoming voltage may be lower or higher than the accepted voltage range. It may be a problem caused by voltage irregularity. -
In the second possibility you put, you know of something that can be done to solve this problem some way to be looked at in more detail

Di/Dt is a current over time change which is outside parameters.
For a paint applicator, you could see a higher current when you are closer to the part, or another application factor is in play (higher estat preset, or other application issues like color change, etc) . i would review target distance and application parameters if it is a new path. if it happening in the same position in an already proven process, consider also a hardware issue with HV or LV cable.
