Hello
i am trying to jog kuka robot kr3 using krc2 and iam new to this kind of robot so could you pleas tell how to do it by T1 ??
thanks
powerup, select T1 mode, select input device (mouse or keys), select coordinate system and jog speed, hold enabling switch, jog
i would like to thank you for your replay.
i did all of that steps but before that there are message shows that the drive contactor off even if i held enabling switch!! so i can't move anything. do i have to anything in configure like jogging 0-program-ov steps on/off1 1-jog ov stpes on/off ? or do i need to write a program to jog it ?
First, before anything else, we need to see a complete list of all the active status/error messages on the KCP, including both message code and text.
at the beginning i have to press RDW otherwise i have some error messages. as soon as i press RDW there is no error message except drive contactor off
nice... don't tell us what those messages were..

i don't see bottom of the screen with SIR indicators. also operating mode is not shown.
can't see speed overrides either.
upper left corner shows that you selected jog keys. if you were holding enabling switch at the time image was taken, it should show icons on the right to change to jog keys.
never worked with old KR3 but if it is like regular KUKAs, this could explain situation...
if the RDW data does not match HDD, you would see message to choose which of the two is correct. if RDW had no data, choosing this option would be the wrong choice. that would also mess up data on HDD.
do you have backup?

If it keeps asking RDW/HDD, the encoder batteries in the base of the robot are dead.
The PM1 voltage alarm is the UPS batteries inside the controller.
Both need to be replaced for the robot to function correctly, and it will need remastering.
that is true when i hold the enabling switch the jog keys for choosiness coordinate are shown but when i pressed on them there is no reaction from the robot because when i press enabling switch the drive contractor is still off
I just told you what to do.
Replace batteries, remaster.
