First of all, I would like to apologizes for my poor English and the second, I am just a beginner in robotics and KUKA too.
I came to university for my research project I started work with old Kuka KRC2 5sixx 650. I found that all batteries were dead so I did replacement for all of them (UPS, memory backup and axis encoders). After this replacement the controller is starting up and everything looks good except warning messages and unchangeable Operation Mode (and it is not possible to run a robot). Please find enclosed photo with warnings list.
I understand that after battery replacement I need to do mastering. The stop error "31078 ESC communication error (SRExtCPU)" disappears after I am rebooting the system. All emergency button are released. So, what is this SRExtCPU? How to solve it?
Please, give me any suggestion what to do that the robot will start to work.
