Hi all, i am using Kr 16 with Krc4, nowaday i try to use Arctech basic 1.4, but when i run the commend ARCON the error "Periphery is not ready: input 12 gas pressure" appear.

Thanks.

Well, did you associate $IN[12] to the "Peripheral Gas Pressure" state? What is the state of $IN[12] when this error occurs?
-
Is there gas valve connected to the input number 12? Are sure that gas valve exists? Looks like input number 12 is false for some reason.
What power source do you have and what kind of robot interface it has?
-
To SkyFire : I have already tick the active box Gas pressure and give it value 12 in Input tab of I/O Definition, in I/O Mapping I connect it with $in[12] like normal. The state is False when the error was occurs.
To tbed: i used Lorch S3 roboMig XT for power source and i connected with Kuka via ethercat by module Lorchnet, beside i used Lorch Rf 06 to connect a torch from Tbi and i can easy make the gas flow with a button in it . -
Based on Lorch manual input 12 is "gas pressure" (optional) and input 13 "gas flow" (optional). Do you have these options?
When you set gas on manually what is state of in 12 and in 13?
-
The first thing to determine is if $IN[12] is working -- is there a gas pressure sensor connected to $IN[12]? Does the sensor work properly? Does it need to be adjusted?
-
IN 12 and 13 always false.
I don't know where is the sensor, i just connect the gas pipe to RF-06 module (lorch), is it somewhere in Lorch power supply? -
Check in side the wire feeder. Maybe you don't have this option at all.
If you remove this gas check condition via WorkVisual you can start welding and add it afterwards if you found gas check sensor.

Thank you tbex, i've remove gas pressure and the robot works well.
