Does anyone know exactly where the sync switch is located on the robot to sync SC1?

There is no sync switch on the robot. you have 2 options for sync. Software sync - robot has all axis at 0 position, or single/dual channel - sensor is wired into the robot controller and the position in safemove is the same when the robot has the sensor active

Thanks for the Info the issue I have on getting all Axis to zero position is a furnace is in the way to move the robot in all axis to the 0 position. So if I update the Revolution counters I have to move Axis 1,2, & 3 update then move 4,5, & 6.
to clear the furnace.
So I may have to take off the end of arm tooling to get all positions to Zero then sync at zero position. -
You don't have to move to all 0's, you decide where it should be when you want to do the software sync and you set that position in your safety controller configuration.

After troubleshooting I found the safety synch routine ran that program then I was able to successfully run the software synch program.
Thank You!
