I've been attempting to get my Kuka ed05 into a safe functioning state but had no luck. I've attempted to wire the x11 correctly into my safety circuit but kept getting a local e-stop error. To potentially cross out some potential problems I have also attempted to try using the service plug and I got a external e-stop error.
Ideally I'd like to confirm I'm using the correct service plug diagram for the ed05 which is the one below:

If that is the correct jump plug schematic what potentially could cause an additional external-stop error when used?
The KUKA will not be left in an unsafe state I just want to verify the robot is till functioning
