RobotWare Virtual Flexpendant can not work

any guys who knows why FlexPendant in robotware (6.07, and older version also the same) can not work, when i click the FlexPendant icon under the Controller tab page, it popups the flexpendant virtual UI dialogue which have nothing but the RobotWare brand on the left just like the flexpendant.PNG shows. any button pressed on the right will cause a error, like the flexpendant2.PNG shows.
anyone knows why and how to solve this issue? thx.
