Crashed

  • Robot crashed last night and I’m getting these alarms. Anyone have any idea how to clear these? Or does the robot need to be recalibrated.

  • turn the robot off
    turn the robot on
    move away from the crash
    in manual mode go through the points Does it look like needs calibration ?


    Yes the offset values seem to have been shifted. The robot will not go center of the vehicle anymore after capturing two datum strip values. I think the camera got hit in the crash. Still getting passes on the datum strips 100 score before adjustment and recalibration. About to start that process now.

    I noticed on the errors that you do not have a simple system there. Looks like you have another 2 robots attached with RIPE


    Thank you. Camera was not in proper position after crash. Had to loosen screws and adjust it by hand until it was back to its original position.
