Me too! upload program to pc ok, but download to controller no ok.err code 2080.

Do I need motosim, or is there a free or cheaper route?If you buy a Weintek HMI, there's a Yaskawa DX200 option. It will log error codes, times, details and everything. You can save it to a USB or the HMI will email it to a specified group. I'm setting the same thing up with run times.

I forgot to add, the "CMT" versions you can actually view the HMI remotely from about any computer monitor.
