Make sure the CPU has all cables secured properly, push on each one to be sure they are seated completely.
The manual says to do the following.
Replace the FROM/SRAM module.
Replace the main board
You will need the software with a backup or an image backup if you replace the main board.
Was the robot working before you changed the battery?
Did you take an image backup before you changed the battery?
Did you change the battery with the power on?

1) Robot was working okay until battery died. Some days later, the parity bit error came out (while battery was still dead and thus the robot hadn't been moved)
2) We only havea standard backup, not an image backup
3)Yes, we changed the battery with the power on, but error was already there when we changed the battery
You'll need a copy of the original system software then to get the robot up and running. Once running, you can restore the all of the above backup to get back to where you were before the battery died.

Do you know where can i get an original system software?? Because i don't have one.
You'll have to get a re-burn from Fanuc, but they'll only sell you one if you are the original owner or have re-licensed the robot. If you don't own the license, it will be ~$10,000 to re-license it.

We have restore an image and everything is working ok now. Thank you all 
So glad to hear you had an image. That saves a lot of frustration. Once you have everything back how you want it, please take the time to make a new image.
If the robot lost software due to battery lack and you do not have image back up, you can perform an INIT start and then restore "all of above" back up.
