Hello everyone,
I have two CR-E356 controllers which I have used for a few years. Everything worked fine until batteries in arm went down. Replaced them and reset origins. Then, I mistakenly pressed reset and stop together on controller. Now, controller does not recognize the arm resulting in error 0234 or 0236 (depending on which of ten choices that I choose). The RV-14 arm is a four axis arm and all choices on setup are for five and six axis arms. Any help...please?

Hey Guys...any help will be HUGELY appreciated! The only manual I have been able to find is printed in German and I do not speak or read German. I bought these robots and controllers from a South Korean company in 2014 and spent a lot of time and effort to modify them to perform tasks here. Mitsubishi has been less than helpful to me. I REALLY need help here!

Hello Robo-Willie,
I also have a CR-E356 controller which worked fine until the battery change. Since then, I have an error 0551. I tried Reset +stop, I reset everything but now I still have the error and the teaching box has switched to Japanese and I have difficulty connecting the robot at the computer.
Did you find a solution ?
Can you help me ?
Best regards,
Clement

Hello,
I had not seen the attachment, thank you for the procedure.
To complete the answer:
To put the teach pendant in English, go to 5. maintenance -> 1. parameters and type (LNG) ( ) (ENG).
I still have error 551, I'm still looking for the solution...

Hello,
I think I found it.
By exchanging the control boards of servo motors 1 and 2, (boards in the central unit, on the left, with cooling fins), I got error 0552, i.e. on the 2nd motor. It seems to be the faulty card.
The repairman tells me that the big condenser is swollen.
All that's left is to troubleshoot and reassemble!

I am looking for PDFs and a manual for MITSUBISHI Cr-E356-s06 I have already tried contacting the manufacturer with no help. I am getting an error code on the 7-segment display "0231" Thanks in advance. the unit is not working looks like a power issue I have two red LEDs on the main power board.

found the manuals and the error code means encoder one communications failed because I did not have the robot plugged in. The manual is found after login into MITSUBISHI login not named the same thing.
