Abb IRB 1400 , error : 20042

    We have the error 20042 , in manual says : 20042: Motor 7-x overload .
    what motor is referring ? how can we resolve this error?
    I think the error 20041 is refer to 6 motor of robot but the error 20042 ???

    No , theres no error.


    Only that error then another one with chain ENABLE open
    And than Emergency stop.


    is there any PTC conexion? Wheres they are conected?
    In manual is write there need to be 4 fuse , F1 , F2 , F3 , F4 and we only see F1 y F2.

    EDIT: Find a solution. You need to short EXT PTC and EXT PTC 0V signal for external axis to solve this.
