hello
today i just want to install load data determination technology package on KRC2 V5.5 but after restarting robot stopped during running KRC in 10%.
i tried uninstalling KUKA load determination from windows and also delete freeze fill but unfortunately with all of this the KRC doesn't run yet after many trying
please help me how to handle this problem

i am not sure if there is other solution
In last options you will need to backup this version of KSS for saftey.
then restore the original image.
or change HDD which also means you need to restore new image backup. Then adjust settings or copy your important program back.
Do u have full image backup? -
or before that again try to increase the physical memory to maximum.
look if any any freeze file is there or not. then make cold restart??

1. make backup before doing anything (better safe than sorry)
2. read manuals before doing anything (specifically check compatibility)3. ask product seller for support
4. when asking for help in forum, try to provide details (and be accurate!). for example i am not familiar with "load data determination 4.1" but there is a product called "load detection 4.1" and it does not work with KSS5.5.
