Hello,
I am currently trying to add my gripper to the robot but must be doing something wrong. I have the gripper powered and connected to the usb port. I have polyscape ver 1.8.25319. I went and downloaded the drivers for the gripper and plugged the usb with the drivers on it into the teach pendant but nothing happens. I even tried to update the robot software but it wont update anymore. Any info or tips would greatly help! Thanks.
