I'm finally replacing our stepper driven turntable with an abb servo (from a donor 2400L axis 5).
First: maybe I went too far - can the DSQC345E handle a 7th axis, without any additional drives etc? I thought it could not.
Otherwise:
I attached a sketch of how I hooked everything up. I used some harnesses from a corpse s4C that had been upgraded once, otherwise I just stripped and twisted wires for now.
I added:
DSQC346G Drive
DSQC313 SMB
DSQC513 connector board
The ext axis plug XP33, brake circuit, PTC wires.
On the connector board, I have the expansion cable coming in, Measurement System 1 from SMB, and the Drive System 1 ethernet out to the drive. Am I missing an axis computer cable, or does it use the main board through the expansion cable?
Now I'm just trying to install the RW with the correct DC link (DC4U?) but getting errors due to flash disk storage or network connection. (probably not the connection, FTP works and robinstall connects..)
Any errors in this?
