Problem with SWVON and laser sensor

    We have a problem when use the SWVON instruction and Laser sensor for correct path. we have MA1440 and one station and laser sensor. now, all of things are correct. robot move and sensor send data and robot correct path. also some times we need to turn workpiece. in this time robot and station and sensor work correct. we need to use wave instruction therefore use SWVON instruction. we test when we don't use laser tracking the wave work correct and also in curve section and with turn station we don't have problem. but when we use laser sensor we have problem. in linear section the wave work correct but when robot receive to curve section before start it in linear section the station start rotate and robot have lag and don't move correct. i think when we use laser tracking we have delay in move robot and station. is it correct? do any person have this problem before?

  • perhaps you need to change the parameter for faster reaction in correction. there is a distance between torch and sensor and i think there is the fault. the sensor reads the part and before the robot reached that point it start rotate so you see a lag. another try could be the use of refp for ientifing the circular weaving
