Hello,
I have a problem in Left-hand status keys for a KRC2
The jog function must be blocked
I get the error:
364 Unknown operation mode ( ?)
1376 active commands inhibited
Any ideas on my problem?

it is definitely safety circuit...
btw, i don't get it why robot must lose operating mode when safety circuit is unhappy...
or why it cannot do decent decoding of status and present meaningful message. -
You have to connect x11 under the cabinet.
If you dont know you can search x11 jumper to test before do decent safety circuit.

or why it cannot do decent decoding of status and present meaningful message.Mainly b/c the safety circuit has to have power to energize any of the Mode contacts, and with X11 removed there is no power to the ESC or FE20x board(s). With no power to the relays, the robot can't tell if the Mode key is damaged, disconnected, or stuck in an in-between state, hence "unknown operation mode."
It would have been better if someone in Augsburg had added a power-sensing relay and associated an additional error message to it -- something like "check DC supply X11" or something.
