if you do not know the administrator password you are in trouble. without the password for the administror (or the user with all the rights) you need to disable the user through the console port, if this port is available on your robot.

The easiest way is to know the password.

Otherwise:

Disable the UAS by typing the command UAS_disable in a console connected to the robotcontroller and then do a warm start.

The console is the start up of the robot. You need hyperterminal or terraterm to connect with the robot via the console port. ( if you have a console port, it is not a standard port on a IRC5.. )

What is the setup for connection via TCPIP to the DSQC1003 Main PC?

i try Port 23 and UNSPEC but it dosent work

Use robotstudio to connect to the service port. If you must connect to the main computer directly you need option PC interface.

I want connect with Terratherm to Console it is also via TCP IP (or serial) possible

The console port, if present, is for serial only. The ethernet ports are for TCP/IP. Which is it that you need? What is you goal or purpose for connecting?

i'am not sure , but i mean it is possible to connect also via LAN Port(DSQC639)

Yes it is possible to connect, but during start up and shutdown I think that the controller is not in a state to perform external communications. The controller needs to be up and running already to establish communication.
