Hi I'm looking for some help and advice.
I am working on a machine design that will have an EPSON SCARA T3-401S robot for Picking and placing.
The robot will get vision guidance from 2 cameras.
Camera 1 is a fixed position camera, that will tell the Robot the Pick Position (X,Y,Angle) for the Part being picked.
Camera 2 is also a fixed position camera, that will tell the Robot the Place Position (X,Y,Angle for the part being placed onto.
My preferred option is for a Camera Controller that can control Camera 1 & 2 and integrate directly to the Robot.
I am looking into a Keyence CV-X470F to do this.
Keyence provide a Robotic interface setup in their software. ( This allows the camera to calibrate to the robots co-ordinates and also jog the robot from the camera controller )
Would anyone have a sample program that will run on the Epson Robot to integrate with the Keyence Camera ?
I am not restricted to camera controller at this stage of the design. So I could use a Cognex Controller.
I do not have Cognex Integration Notes to the Epson Scara Robot.
Would anyone have notes or sample code to get a direct Integration from the Cognex Controller to the EPSON T3-401S.
My second preferred option is to integrate the Robot and Camera Controller through an Allen Bradley PLC.
I have the PLC Integration Notes from Keyence & Cognex to do this.
I do not have the EPSON integration notes to the Allen Bradley PLC. Would anyone have some help on the Epson integration to the PLC
