Can you attach the backup of the robot data?

Attached is my working tia portal setup. I'm using RT Standard

Sounds like a network connection/configuration issue (1 LED).....I think usually on a configured and functioning network the Anybus board has 3 LED's on.....1 Flashing and 2 stable.
Been ages since I did this, but I think because Kawasaki does not communicate directly with the PLC, the Anybus board requires to be 'named' manually' from the Kawasaki interface.
- Check Aux 060807 and enter the same name used/configured in TIA for the device.
- If not the same, then the PLC will not allocate an effective IP Address.

Download the IP Configuration Tool from HMS and connect to the Anybus S card directly and check what configuration is loaded......if no device name is set, I don't think you will ever get a connection.

The PLC is not allocating you an IP Address according to your IP Config screen, also there's a number of configuration issues in your Kawasaki setup.
Check Aux 0611......You have Master Signals when you are using a Slave Profinet Interface Board.
Check Aux 060801......You have Master signals allocated instead of slave.
Check Aux 060803......I think Siemens requires Slave to be set as LSB FIRST and BIG ENDIAN.
Check Aux 060804......If static, then correct settings required for correct port.....if not static (ie from PLC) no changes are needed here.
Check your cabling is correct, are you going through any additional switches.....such as scalance etc, these will also need configuring.
Check your connected to the correct port on the Controller.
Check you scope in Siemens TIA for allocating correct IP Address.

A successful connection will display 3 leds (1 flashing) and show an effective IP Address in Aux 060804 for the port used. (see attached).

Looks good from here...............Effective IP Address suggests IP has been allocated.
So you're using Outputs 33 - 64 and Inputs 1033 - 1064.

Therefore:
If you type in or turn on output 33 (SIGNAL 33), you should see the PLC Input you've allocated on.
If you send output from your PLC, then you should see Input on in Monitor Screen 1 or 2 (Input Signals).

I dont' know whether this is applicable or not as I'm not a Siemens expert.
- According to your addressing for the anybus card, (256-259) which is a peripheral address.

I remember encountering issues with being able to address peripheral addresses on a 'bit' level.
I could only send/receive complete words/bytes and not separate bits.
- I found out that this had something to do with the Siemens PLC process image within the PLC.
- The only way the 'bits' could be separately addressed was to use the addressing contained within the process image.

I just recall I had similar problems with my first installation. I think I forgot to change the size of the process image i/o. This means the number of IO which is updated automatically. See the screenshot for the correct settings. (right-click on your CPU, choose properties)

I can't see I/O addresses in TIA portal. It is possible that I installed wrong GDS file of ABSPRT-20131114 or is there any other issue why addresses are not there ?

I am cannot 1005 remember, but when you have loaded in GSDXML file.

This file contains the individual addressing slot options and you drag and drop what you need into the slot to allocate addresses.

All I have is screen shot from Simatic Manager (Previous to TIA) showing this below:

This should be very similar in TIA operation if I remember correctly.

Thank you, I have another question. If I want to read consistent data of length 32 bytes through function DPRD_DAT in TIA. The LADDR input will by reference of my 32 bytes IO module (see attached doc)? I am planning to use DPWR_DAT function for writing data. Or is there a better way to read/write data from the controller?

You want to read Inputs and Outputs from the robot part?

Yes exactly. I have allocated IO signals in robot controller. Input bits 1-256 and outputs bits 1001-1256. I want to read and write those bits from PLC program.

once you installed and configured the Fieldbus in the robot, the communication reads and writes the signals and i am not using any block to read or write those signals. I am using a UDT file, something like UDT_FromRobot (PLC inputs) and UDT_ToRobot (PLC outputs).

Usually i set the slave signals starting from 65 for outputs and 1065 for the inputs.
