You've guys helped me out a lot. But I'm stuck on one final issue. I have an exact replica of one of our cells and have triple checked scaling of our parts and the measurements in the virtual cell are nominal (Importing models 100x too big or two small really needs to be fixed).
But my snag now is, the job and weld path doesn't seem to be the correct scale. The actual weld lengths seem to be within range but the distance between the paths between the arms seems to be a few inches off. But they're orientation and distance apart is exact (CMOS from existing cell was used). Can you tell me what I'm missing? I feel the scooting the R2 robot over 3 inches isn't a good idea... (it appears each job in a program is different. R1 would be right on first position, then way off on second position... Hmmm...)
