I think, that is contradiction against safety instruction in robot. You cannot make motor-on on the screen.
i have configured one of the programmable keys to turn motors ON before; using the screen should be similar:
1. configure internal DO
2. assign screen pushbutton to momentary activate the new DO
3. configure cross-connection for new DO to a DI (e.g. sdiMotorsON) used for turning on the motors.
4. configure "system input" for sdiMotorsOn to switch motors ON.

Second @RoNNez's point -- technically possible with IO, but a safety system reset button able to be carried inside the cell is not good.
