Stumbled across this just recently, and it looks very interesting: https://toolkit.rcml.tech/en But I've never even heard of it before. Anyone have any experience with it?

You can find little bit more info about RCML sdk and examples of use here: https://docs.rcml.tech/en/sample-sdk

Interesting.
I think this WORA (write once, run anywhere) approach is gaining traction,
outside the regular (big) players like Process Simulate and DELMIA, for example.-----
EDIT: looks like I was wrong on my assumptions. After watch this video, I could realize that RCML controls the robot. Isn't a simulation tool. Anyway...
-----I'm curious to see how it work in the field.
They have a channel at Youtube:

Yes, you are right.
It isn't simulation tool, but it may be connected with that.RCML sdk allow to control robot from PC.
You can write own program on popular programming language (for example C++) and use RCML sdk to send different commands from it to robots.
It is very useful for cases that trajectories for robots are not defined in advance and created by complex logic. The RCML goal is create connectivity between industrial robots and different software (like vision algorithms, decision algorithms, DB, AI, etc).
p.s. I'm developer of it.

Congrats, Michael!
I've watched another videos at RCML channel.
The concept is pretty interesting.
Since I work in mixed environments, hope to see a chance to use RCML soon.
