IO menu 5 gone - Cannot see DI, DO, GI, GO etc.

    We have an RJ3iB controller that we cannot see all of the IO on.
    When you press 'MENUS', option 5 is normally I/O but it is not there. This is not a matter of toggling Quick/Full menus. That has been tried...
    If you press the I/O soft key on the bottom of the TP you can get to I/O menu but all of the I/O options are not there. This means that you don't have the option to see even the most basic of signals under 'TYPE' - DI, DO, GI, GO, UOP, ROBOT, etc. The options that are there are Cell Interface, Spot Interface, Weld Interface, and a couple others.


    We have tried to call Fanuc support and they are lost. We have tried to reload SW, Init Start, Image Restore, Re-burn Restore, swap pendants, swap cables, look in system variables for an "I/O menu toggle" and multiple other things. Stumped!

    I was not able to get in front of an RJ-3iB, but looked at an R-30iA and an R-30iB
    Unable to experiment with them due to being production equipment.
