Problem MRESET ST

    Hi, I submit problem, after running MREST statement, Alarm 1678 is generated:


    MOVL C00005 EC00005 V=1500.0 PL=0
    'Settaggio gradi rotazione
    MACRO1 MJ#(0)
    ARCON
    MOVL P000 EX000 V=1500.0
    ARCOF
    PAUSE
    MRESET ST


    At the new C00005 or P000 operating point, the 1678 alarm is generated.
    I'm running this with the MotoSIM software

    If you are having an alarm on your robot your should call the Motoman office near you. If there is not a Motoman office near you try motoman.com and request technical help.


    Most of us on this forum all have full time jobs and go on the forum in our free time. At this time of year I have very little free time and can assume most of the others have just as little.


    Looking at your picture I can assume you are welding a round part and using the endless rotation option. The second external axis is not in a good position to reset the encoder to get the endless rotation to work. Did someone modify the points or has this command never worked?

    I solved. In reality it was an alarm generated at the level of simulation.
    No problem in the real cell.
