I wouldn't worry about the 4107 alarm - it's probably due to the Communication - Encoder alarm. Things to look at:
- Did you check the 24v fuses on the NIF01 card?
- Is there a possibility of a 24v short in the system?
- Are there any abnormal lights on the CPS or other boards?let us know what you find.
-
First, thank you for response.
Now I check only fuses available on front panel (9 units) , all OK. (The controller type: ERCR-NS00-A200)
If the fuses installed on PCB, I need take out the modules for check it?
Lights, all like OK. On the digit indicator of PCB, (not on front panel), after power on get "0", after several time "1" "2" "4" "6" and after relay "click" get "E." and all alarm messages on display.
On Monday I take litle movie of all the process .
Best regards. -

Please look the picture, very low light of the led: -
You also have a message on the controller saying "MEMORY BATTERY WEAK". On North American spec robots, there is a red LED that goes on when the battery is weak.
Have you tried replacing the controller battery to see if that changes anything?
-
Not any changes afrer replacyng battery:(
Contoller start on maintenance mode, after initialization of the cmos.bin and restart, All as before. -
Has anyone came across alarms after changing the NIF01 board and uploading the cmos
-
You have a 24v fault - look at the red LED on the Control Power Supply. You will need to replace the fuse in question causing the 24v fault.

thanks for the info
working on it!!!
also had a short in the shock-sensor cables from torch
