So I've been working with an older Arcmate 100iBe robot with an RJ3ib controller for a few months now, and lately the robot will randomly stop in the middle of a PNS. It's usually line 4 or 5, just before the WeldStart line. There will be no error logged. I don't think the system even faults. You just have to manually run the PNS from the TP.
We've tried changing the moves from Linear to Joint, which may have helped, but as I said, the stops seem random.
Any thoughts/ insights?
