    Hello ,

    KRC2 KR2210_L150
    KSS 5.2.14

The problem its the next: when the cabinet shutdown doesn't hibernate black screen intermediately and start cold , also at turn on its necessary to mastering all axis

Usually the problem solves changing batteries or the fuse corresponding to the batteries charging, all mentioned before was checked, also the black module siemens was checked the presets on it was not alteraded , and the led green its active.

There is installed a HDD 8GB , solid state IDE partitioned (C:\ 1.99Gb, D\:5.62Gb) Now, about the C:\ partition its full! ??? maybe the full partition its the problem , but i have not a lot programs , maybe there is a lot trash system.

    How can i solve it?
what files or folders i need to clean ?
    it a software / hardware problem ?

    pictures and backup attached

    thanks

Is the charge circuit working have you metered it ? are the batteries ok ?

it could be the KPS600 isnt allowing the charge circuit so you would need a new KPS600 ( G1 )

put a meter across the cable that connects to batteries normally the outer most connectors

disconnect the batteries and put your meter across the cores of cable you should be getting 26V - 27 V

if the power supply isn't outputting the correct voltage then it has a problem with the charge circuit and in turn the batteries can not sent the voltage back to keep the pc powered up while it shuts down new G1 i am afraid

    Hello ,

I do a swapping from other robot , and work correctly , the cabinet hibernate, but few days later the same problem again.
The other KPS "damaged " work correctly on other robot.

the module siemens appears green led , the batteries each one measure 12.3v , 12.8v

maybe the RAM memory its damged ?, disk c:/ not enough free space ?

    BR

    Problem Solved.

the failure was the module siemens , that was very confused , because the control module works correctly ,( Green led when batteries charged ,led red when batteries discharged or not plugged).

i do a swapping of module Siemens , and the cabinet hibernate
