I run a program with kuka kr360(Export from Powermill). X axis works graet but Y axis works Very low precision(instead of 25 mm it moves 35 mm 
).Where is the problem? Please help me...Thank you...

And X and Y are in world, base or tool?
What are your values for tool and base?
Is load data set correct?
Is robot emt-mastered?
Correct machine data for your robot?
What did you already try to understand the error case better?
