If you give the system serial number to your local ABB service centre they should be able to help.
Thank for your reply,i will try...
They will ask for a current backup so they verify/determine the configuration and options you need.

thanks for reply Skooter,i talked with abb local service and they said to me if you dont have "installation disc 0"(Disc 0 includes license of software) we can't help you. we must want to take disc 0 from abb sweeden and its cost about 200-300 Euros. As you say they wanted backup from me.
If you don't have the Key Disk (disc 0), then they will have to recreate it using the backup file you send them. They have always charged for this service. The Key disk has a code that specifies the robot & options that are then loaded from the system pack (usually 8 disks). ABB usually provides the system pack with the key disk.

Dear Skooter,
i have all 10 diskettes now. But i have problem with installation software.i can instal software till 4. disc. When installation wants to me 4. disc but i put 4. disc and press any key, again it wants to me 4. disc.
What should i do?i wanted the installation from local abb they send me but it is same.
Thank you for cooperation.
This happens when the large MC file doesn't completely load. The MC file is broken into 3 parts contained on disks 1, 2, & 3. The software says the MC file is a certain size and disks 1, 2, or 3 have a corruption that doesn't load a portion of the MC file. It asks for disk 4 because it is looking for the rest of the MC file.
Try making copies of disk 1, 2, and 3 and try again.
The software main core finishes loading with disk 3 and should start asking questions before asking for disk 4.
