Hello everyone!
External motors make screaming noise (high frequency noise) working with IRC5. Please, advise how to tune controller to make them silent.

What robot is it? sometimes robot which have the same SW option (if there are long arm or other variants), the incorrect one might be loaded.
I'd call the service centre to see if they have any reported issues with other robots of the same type.

Motors make noise while standing still, or only when moving?

In addition to the question from Lemster68, was this something that was already setup & the problem has just started or are you setting up external axes and just need to tune them?
Search for the 'Addition Axes' manual, 3HAC021395-001. It has lots of good information on tuning.
