How to get controller and robot serial numbers from WorkVisual?

You can use the workvisual online diagnostic capabilities, you can see the robot name, or include the serial number

If you have archive backup of the robot, you will find a file named "am".
In this file, you can have your robot name, serial number and version of softwares as well.
