Hope you’re all doing well.
I would like to seek your advice on some error I encounter in customer’s IRB 660.
Every time the robot reach a certain position(with/without load), it suddenly stops and send a joint collision error (in axis 3).
The robot never collided and break is ok (I can move the robot freely while pressing the release break).
I don’t hear any unusual noise in the gear box. I also check the oil content using the steel-dust checker and the result ppm is ok.
I also check the cables going to smb and don’t find any damage all are connected properly.
Hope to get some inputs from your end.
