RJ3 Robot M-16i can't move. MCC open.

    Hi everybody!
    I have a RJ3 Robot M16i. When I switch on the power for Robot. I wait robot start. I see a alarm SERVO-012. I press RESET , alarm disappear. I kwown, after press RESET is alarm SERVO-003 will appear. But it not disappear although I don't press Deadman. When I press Deadman, the MCC is not close too. After that, I press Deadman + SHIFT + (move key) , Robot doesn't move. I press POSN key,I see ordinate of any axis change. Robot doesn't move. What is reason. Help me please. Thanks.

    Weird things since it happens after a Power ON (machine_lock variable reset at the Power ON)


    The robot looks to be in machine lock.


    Look in MENU-TEST CYCLE if Group Motion is enable.


    It's a first check to do.

    If it starts well the first time, you have not checked all !
