I got my kuka krc2 to weld but if I have it in running mode it will only do the first line of welding and when it comes to second it just go down to the position and then continues without the welding. I have to select the line and the hit play and then it works. It does not feel like its any problem with the Makro. Its like its just kip looking at any of signals and then continues... anyone having any idea what this can be?

It would help to know details. Spot welding? Arc welding? Laser welding? What is the structure of the program? What Tech Package (if any) are you using? What does "first line of welding" mean?

It sounds like you lose signal instructor in your src and may be you had an unwanted changes in your line open the fold and search for changes and if you have backup compare the programs
