Fanuc R30iB controller image backup

    Hi guys,


    I'm hoping I can draw from your experience and solve the issue I have.


    I'm taking an image back up from a Fanuc R30iB controller and the FROM files are written with no problems, but the SRAM image files aren't.


    On the grey backup screen, the process just hangs while writing the SRAM files. SRAM00 is written, but SRAM01 and SRAM02 aren't.


    Anyone able to help?

    There seems to be a problem with SRAM memory.
    If you can do an "all of above" backup, try INIT start the controller in order to reset the SRAM memory. It will erase all programs and configurations, but then you can restore them with your "all of above" back up.
