    Hi all,

Got a KR 15 SL , with UserTech,ConveyorTech installed and I use the resolver option.

Aim is to sync the robot with a linear conveyor, and execute coordinates supplied by a vision system.

    Situation:

I have followed the documentation.. Measured the geometrical data with the program "CONV_MSR"..

Measuring the conveyor, checking the “CAL_DIG” all went according to plan. After measuring the part frame which is BASE_DATA[11], things turned to worse:

BASE_DATA[11] did no get defined by the "CONV_MSR", then I tried to measure the BASE_DATA[11] manually using the 3 point method that worked just fine.

Made a small program based on the conveyor template, using 3 points with BASE_DATA[11] as ref for conveyor 1 movements group1.

Movements started promptly after the "WAITDIST" was reached, but the movements where not in sync with the conveyoer.

I get no error or warning messages

I am puzzled by what is wrong.

    * Why CONV_MSR is not able to write data to BASE_DATA[11]
    * why my movements aren't in sync with the conveyor

Since these are interlinked it very likely to think that my problem originates from the same fault...

    Help please :help:

    Best regards

    PF

And remember to be extremely carefull with advance run, since I have notice that it doesn't always go according $advance with conveyor tech. Sometimes very rarely it doesn't work and caused crash. Stopping the motion after advanced run solved the problem in my case.
