Hello. I would like to make a communication between KUKA KRC4 robot nad Hitachi PLC over EtherCat(X44 on the robot side).What is the simplest way to do this. Reading previous posts, I have obtained EL6695 EtherCAT bridge and XML file for this bridge.
So if I want to make connection between them and configuration in WoV, i add KUKA Extention BUS (X44) to the project and then add "EL6695 EtherCAT Bridge Terminal(Secondary)" from DTM selection window?
Where should i put slave address in WoV?
Then choose number of I/O's and make IO mapping?
And on Hitachi PLC side, PLC will need the same XML file for EL6695 EtherCAT Bridge in order to communicate with robot?
