The error messages you mention have various causes, you need to supply all of the
numbers following the error code ,eg 509 sync error 2103.
I may be able to give you some info as I have been doing simialar work on IRB 6000.

Does anyone have some indication of program that allows to see the backups, to edit programs, etc on PC?

Hello, As it relates to the offline programming for a S3 roboy controller, there are only a few programs which allows this.
ABB has software called olp3 however you need a dongle key and it is only available in DOS. We contacted ABB last month on this issue and they no longer sell or support this. It provides both diskette functions and serial upload/download. Sport is the other software. This I believe runs only on a serial and can upload and download robot functions. If you do a search on the internet you will find the company and they still support and develop for windows os. Hope this helps.
