I am new in KUKA robots and when i try to connect on the robot with the WorkVisual i have this error.
Could anyone know why i have this error?

What version of WorkVisual? There were a few lemons. You might want to download the latest version from KUKA.COM.
You might also try installing on a different computer -- preferably one where you have Admin rights. There's always a chance for Windows settings to screw things up.

that is only PART of the software version number and it is insufficient - there are more than 20 releases of "WorkVisual 4.0".
